Q: How fast can I get approved?
A: Prequalification is fast, only a minute or two.
Q: Who pays the contractor?
A: Your selected lender pays the contractor or merchant directly — no need for you to manage the funds.
Q: What if I change my mind after applying?
A: There’s no obligation. If you don’t like any of the offers, you don’t have to move forward.

Q: How do I offer Dwello to my customers?
A: Just send them your dedicated Dwello link, show them your QR code, or have them visit dwello.com to begin.
Q: Do I have to manage loan paperwork or follow up with customers?
A: Nope. We handle the financing process from start to finish. You’ll be notified when a customer is approved.
Q: How fast do I get paid?
A: Typically within 1–3 business days after your customer is approved and ready to move forward.
Q: What if I’m not great with tech?

Q: How are leads delivered to our LoS?
A: We deliver borrower data via API directly into your loan origination system, fully matched to your credit criteria.
Q: Can we customize the borrower filters or credit requirements?
A: Yes. We route borrowers based on your credit policy, geography, and licensing needs.
Q: Do you handle identity, income, and project verification?
A: We collect and pass through all required data including soft pull results, project details, income estimates, and PII.
Q: Can you support servicing handoff or ongoing payment tracking?
